A reminder all of Victoria is classified as COVID-PEAK, which means there is a very high risk of COVID-19 transmission in the community. Under the COVID-Peak setting, visiting services are not allowed onsite at MTHCS, our allied health and community services are for essential health and wellbeing needs only, and visiting to aged care facilities is restricted to compassionate and end of life reasons only, for up to two people at a time from the same household. Families are asked to phone the facility to discuss their visiting requests.

We strongly encourage all visitors to our aged care facilities to be vaccinated against COVID-19. As the aged care provider, we reserve the right to put extra safety measures in place if you are not vaccinated, such as virtual visits etc. We must protect our residents and staff, so please respect this decision.

MTHCS medical clinics in Ouyen and Sea Lake have received plenty of COVID-19 Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines. Vaccinations are now available by appointment to people aged 12 years and over. To contact the Sea Lake medical clinic, phone 5070 2155; or the Ouyen medical clinic, phone 5092 1168.
