At Mallee Track Health and Community Service we are committed to providing the best care and aged care supports, as close to home as possible. To support this, we are introducing Telehealth as an option when suitable. Using Telehealth, you can do a Telehealth visit with an aged care resident or have an appointment with your health professional by video. You can do this from your home, at your school or at a local health service.
Services currently available via Telehealth are allied health, exercise groups, district nursing, GP appointments and aged care social visits.
Prior to your Telehealth appointment please ensure you have undertaken a test call to make sure your device is able to conduct an online video call and that the camera, microphone and speakers are working.
For best results, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser on PC and Safari on Apple Devices.
