What do we offer?
MTHCS is a non-registered NDIS provider. We can provide services to NDIS participants who part or self-manage their NDIS funds. MTHCS will work with participants and plan managers to identify what services can be provided by MTHCS for NDIS participants whom reside in the MTHCS catchment.

If you would like to discuss the services available through MTHCS, please contact the Community and Social Support Manager on (03) 5092 11111. Please bring NDIS Plan and Funded Support Budget with you to develop your specific service agreement with MTHCS.
