Sharing a meal on Australia Day. While many in the community took the chance to enjoy a day off on Australia Day, many of our staff were hard at work providing important care and services. To celebrate the public holiday our teams on site were able to enjoy a lunch of chicken, cheese and coleslaw rolls together, followed by a helping of pavlova!

Pattinson House residents and staff have made the most of the cooler weather and spent several hours in the garden this week – identifying the different varieties of flowers and plants. There was repotting, rearranging and lots of watering, helping residents to achieve a sense of purpose. As 100-year-old Win Smith said, "I am in my element, this means so much to me."
